Out of 6 months, i have experienced dis-connectivity in 5 months. Too much costly as well. 1100 Rs/Month which is much more than any other ISP. Please pass to as many as friends this our personal experience no one should suffer so that we can save somepeople from TATA. Till date nobody from tata has bothered to resolve the issue. When you call the customer service -- 1..We are working on the issue. I will send a message to my backend team. 2.Supervisor -- This will resolved in 24 hrs.i get a call from the backend team...the issue will be resolved....nobody does anything... 3.When i want to speak to the supervisor -- The supervisor is busy on other calls.... 4.Whenever i called the customer service it would at least take minimum of 45 mins on the phone. I don’t have a free calling facility... 5.I have registered a complaint with office in Ameerpet still no response... I work from home and make my living working from home. I depend a lot on the internet... I pay approximately Rs -720 a month. It hurts a lot when you don’t get the service. Hi,
