I am using Reliance broadband USB DAta card. though it is publicising high speed, actual browsing & downloading speed is low compared to wireline connections, some times it appears we are paying morw for nothing. so if u are a home user better to go for wireline as wireless services are pathetic till BWA services comes in India
hai iam running internet cafe and iam using bsnl borad band.in my town only bsnl board band is there so i suggest to reliance to start ur services here…nearly there are max mum 300 net connection and 10 intenet centers are there.so if u provide a good serevice here ..it will be sucess..its my personal opinion..thanks..

I took a connection from 15th October 2010 and I received a bill from 1st October 2010. I have been raising number of complaints regarding this and all of them were closed without even contacting me. When i call up the customer care and asked for an escalation of the complaint, the answer from the exective is that there can be no escallation made on closed complaints. I will never use a reliance product in future. Please think twice before using any reliance communication product.
