Tata Indicom broadband Internet service provider has launched “One World, One Account Service” with which a person roaming around in the world can use a single account to browse the web through Tata’s roaming service. And they don’t need to open a new account for a new location/country.
“People are now used to using mobile phones on roaming and internet roaming is the next step on customer convenience and productivity enhancement for businesses,” Tata Indicom broadband’s Head (sales and marketing) Mehul Kapadia says.
This end-to-end internet service is aimed at both home and business level users of the broadband internet. The customer can use dial-up, broadband or Wi-Fi depending upon the availability with their single account, and this initiative is started in India first.
