Dear Srvice provider,

My a/C No is 737986,the Connectivity is not restored for the past 6day`s the TATA & the Toll free no`s are not responding.I have paid u a prepaid amount of Rs3,500/-.I have registered a complaint with Helpdesk Email Id too ,All is in Vain.

My A/c no.is 796828 ,Speed is very slow and your helpline number is always busy,it is frustrating i feel it was a wrong decision to choose Hathway.

I hope i will get response.

Hi,
I have been facing hard time to use my net…..It is very slow and your helpline number is not reachable. I did send you several email in order to gt this problem rectify. So far no action been taken.
Now i want to quite using this service and please let me know the procedure of it along with my outstanding.Please contact me on 7838-088-106

Hello All,

If you are reading this that means you are either one of the customers of Hathway or wannabe.

Well my dear freinds dont be in that tangle Hathway sucks when I mean sucks it really means that as the service is really poor and connectivity issues are on daily basis. I wish I should have bought the 3G net connects as they cost you the same if you compare the cost of the payment to hathway or any braodband company + your waste of time + the cost of phone calls/emails/sms = the cost of the 3G data cards
