Worst Internet service provider i have been using hathway since last 18 month every time i buy a six month pack they assure me good service but as soon as your cheque is cleared your internet will be gone. You keep calling the customer care the renewal department & you will get a common reply “AREA KA PROBLEM HAI SIR” even when you send email the reply is ” OUR TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT WILL GET BACK TO YOU SOON” I dont know in how many years.
My A/c No :82076 . Every time you renew they give your discounts or more days. But ultimately you are cheated.

Hi this is pavan from hyd. i applied hathway internet connection on 04-08-2008. Mr. Venkatram (09701318794) came and collected the amount of 450/- towords unlimited 128 kbps plan and he told that within 2 days the internet connection will be given. until i didn’t get internet connection. his Team Lead also not lifting the phone his no is 9948525277. before taking the internet connection you are doing these kind of service then what type of service you will give after words. yesterday i tried to talk with the customer care people i waited for at least half an hour but always line is buzy wait for some more time is it the way that your give service to the custmer?

Hathway promises a lot but delivers nothing…i was previously using tata indicom which gave me very good service..since the tariff rates were cheaper i switched to this..from day 1 it sucks..95% of the time the network is down..if the service is going to continue like this..then hathway is gonna sink
I have Hathway broadband internet connection. I need to setup wireless connectivity. I have a netgear wireless router. I connected to the router successfully and specified the ip address, default gateway and dns servers provided to me by Hathway. I have secured the connected using WPA. However, when I try to test the settings as specified in the router manual, i get page cannot be displayed. Simply put, I am unable to connect to the internet. Has someone ever tried setting up wireless connectivity using Hathway broadband and are there any steps i might be missing. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Anyone in their right senses would neve use hathway after listening to my horrible experience. Details apart, the core of the matter is that worthless customer service, little or no technical infrastructure with my connection being more dead than alive most of the time despite repeated complaints combined with hard to reach helplines lead to one of the worst times I have had with any ISP. Changed to Airtel DSL recently and I am highly satisfied. These guys are professionals.

this is very worest and worest service i never seen before.. even airtel is more better then this bleady and bleady service. i taken net connection for 128 kbps on 26th dec 2008 . they came and taken the cheque 450 rupees later .i got cable wire and modem but no net yharr. if i call to customer care they will give untill phone kept. later again if i kept the phone no net…. i again call to the executive upto 30th they not came on 30th night they came to home at that time net came requlary but speed is very bad….i asked they speed is too bad then they answered increase your net ..today they given the bill of last month. what we have to do this bleady hathway …
