i am using bsnl broadband 750 plan, out of 30 days in month more than 25 days it remains off and hardly for 1 or two days… it is connected…. no proper customer care service…….

India is deteriorating not by years or months but by hours and minutes…
The dirtiest country not only in terms of ecology but also in the services provided by Govt. Corruption at its most high. Indians must be ashamed to their bones for their useless uncultured and foolish ethnic life. BSNL is no bar. the most irritating and unsecure communication system one could ever have.

I am having BSNL UL 750 Plus home plan. 2008 I paid for Modem C2110 Nokia Siemens Rs 1200/. It is not funtioning properly and wireless net connection not available.
Is BSNL provide me a free modem with wireless connection without any extra charges? I paid one year advance charges Rs 8273/-on 1/10/2010

1. I have no land line connection.Is it require for that if yes then is any additional charges ?
2.Monthly i will spend Rs 750 or more
