I am having a blackberry 8700v set marketed by vodafone india.

I wanted to connect internet through it and i purchased a pre-paid vodafone sim on 06 jul 09. I reside at Kasauli in Himachal Pradesh.

After verifying the signal streangth of the locality of my residence, i have activated gprs on 11 Jul 09 and the confirmation message was receiveed by 1956 hrs on 11 jul. at the same time Rs. 199 was cut from the available balance of prepaid account.

Right from that day till today, i didnot get any settings for the set so that internet connection can be started, though the charges for this service is already cut long back. None of the customer service executive could help me in this regard.

can i get rid of these problems?
